What is the very first step we need to take when requiring a project to be carried out?
Once you have contacted us, we will arrange a visit to your home to discuss in detail the various options you have concerning your specific requirements. During this visit, we can then proceed to arrange for an architect to come and meet with you to ensure that we utilize your home to its best possible advantage and create a space that meets your expectations.
We have very busy work lives and have no time to be able to project manage work to our home.
We can take care of the entire project for you, ensuring a seamless experience from beginning to end. Our team includes our own skilled architects, experienced quantity surveyor, and dedicated tradesmen, all working collaboratively to carry out your project efficiently and effectively from start to finish!
How long are estimations valid for?
Due to the ever-changing and fluctuating prices of building materials provided by various suppliers, we allow a standard three-month validity period for all our estimations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
We would not be happy for tradesman to use our toilets when working on our home, what arrangements can be made?
We have successfully worked on a variety of projects where our clients have expressed a preference for us to utilize alternative bathroom facilities, or in instances where facilities have not been readily available on-site. To accommodate these needs, we can expertly arrange for waste facilities to be delivered directly to the site, ensuring that all trades involved have access to suitable restroom options during the course of the project.
Can we view previous projects that you have completed?

Will I receive invoices for the work carried out?

Additionally, you will receive a formal invoice each time a payment is due, ensuring that you are well-informed about your financial commitments as the project progresses.
