What is the first step we need to take when requiring a project to be carried out?

Can we view previous projects that you have completed?

Yes.  We have built up great relationships with many of our clients and they would be more than happy for us to show you what we have accomplished for them.  Many of our previous projects are shown in the Testimonial and Gallery sections of our website.

We have very busy work lives and have no time to acquire or complete council planning permission forms, is this something you can help with?

Yes.  Please visit our website page detailing our Project Management Package.  We can take all the time consuming paperwork off your hands and complete everything for you.

Do you have the relevant and up to date insurances for jobs of differing sizes?

Our insurances cover us for jobs of all sizes and budgets.  We keep our insurances fully up to date and in line with all building regulations.

How long are estimations valid for?

Due to the ever changing prices of building materials from suppliers we allow a three month validity date for all our estimates.

Will I receive invoices and receipts for the work carried out?

When our clients confirm a date of commencement for work we will provide a payment schedule detailing when payments are due.  Payments are normally on a weekly basis, also an individual invoice will be sent each week and when payment is received a receipt will be issued.

We would not be keen on all trades using our bathroom facilities when work is being carried out, can something else be arranged?

We have worked on many projects where our clients have preferred us to use alternative bathroom facilities or there hasn't been the facilities available in the house we have been working in.  We can arrange for waste facilities to be delivered to the site for all trades to use.
